FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: test with step-increasing loading on stationary bicycle with simultaneous measurement of pulse and pulmonary ventilation is carried out consistently before reception medicament reception. In 10-15 minutes test for definition of maximum allocate capacity is carried out. On one co-ordinate grid schedule of dependence of pulse and schedule of dependence of pulmonary ventilation on capacity are graphed. Next day, 1-2 hours after medicament reception, tests are carried out repeatedly. On the same co-ordinate grid the schedule of dependence of pulse and the schedule of dependence of pulmonary ventilation on capacity is graphed repeatedly. Influence of the studied medicament upon sports working capacity is judged according to deviation of schedules 3 and 4 from schedules 1, 2, and also according to change of indicators of final capacity, maximum allocate capacity, maximum consumption of oxygen, oxygen consumption by active muscles and quantity of oxidising muscular fibres. This way raises accuracy and information value of estimations of action of medicament upon cardiovascular and muscular systems in condition of intense muscular work.

EFFECT: increase of accuracy and information value of estimations of action of medicament upon cardiovascular and muscular systems in condition of intense muscular work.
