Continuous measuring and calculating heart beat rate, , at three or four load steps before the anaerobic threshold, then measuring and calculating the same cardiorespiratory characteristics at the next three or four load steps surpassing the anaerobic threshold, give evidence for calculating regression coefficients of the characteristics obtained before the anaerobic threshold (including the given steps of anaerobic threshold manifestation) and after the anaerobic threshold (beginning from the given steps of the anaerobic threshold manifestation) and making their comparison. The results of comparing rates of change concerning the above mentioned physiological values are taken as evaluation criteria of central and peripheral blood circulation links interaction in the organism oxygen transport system. EFFECT: enhanced accuracy of method.
