In addition to this test with hyperventilation in the form of deep intensive breath with frequency of 35-40 respiratory movements in a minute is carried out. The provocative in the form of photostimulation with frequency of 7,9 or 18 Hz and duration 10-15 sec is administered for 5-7 sec of repeated test with hyperventilation. Diagnostics of photosensitive epilepsy is carried out at occurrence of epileptiform activity on electroencephalography.
EFFECT: increase of photosensitive epilepsy diagnostics accuracy.
