SUBSTANCE: blood-groove indicators in orbital artery (OA) and central artery of retina (CAR) are defined for patients with partial atrophy of optic nerve by means of ultrasonic dopplerography. Indicators register twice - before treatment by infrared radiation and after it. Changes of maximum systolic blood circulation (V_max) are registered, also minimum diastolic blood circulation (V_mini), average blood circulation (V_med), pulse index (PI), resistance index (RI). At increase of V_max by 3.4%, V_mini - by 1.5%, V_med - by 2,2%, decrease of PI on 2.2%, increase of RI on 4.6% in orbital artery and at increase of V_max by 2.6%, V_mini - by 0.83%, V_med - by 2%, decrease of PI on 2.8%, increase of RI on 2.7% in the central artery of retina efficiency of treatment is estimated as high.

EFFECT: raise of estimation accuracy of efficiency of partial atrophy of optic nerve treatment and reduction of research time.
