FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: blood-groove indicators in orbital artery (OA) and central artery of retina (CAR) are defined for patients with partial atrophy of optic nerve by means of ultrasonic dopplerography. Indicators register twice - before treatment by infrared radiation and after it. Changes of maximum systolic blood circulation (Vmax) are registered, also minimum diastolic blood circulation (Vmini), average blood circulation (Vmed), pulse index (PI), resistance index (RI). At increase of Vmax by 3.4%, Vmini - by 1.5%, Vmed - by 2,2%, decrease of PI on 2.2%, increase of RI on 4.6% in orbital artery and at increase of Vmax by 2.6%, Vmini - by 0.83%, Vmed - by 2%, decrease of PI on 2.8%, increase of RI on 2.7% in the central artery of retina efficiency of treatment is estimated as high.
EFFECT: raise of estimation accuracy of efficiency of partial atrophy of optic nerve treatment and reduction of research time.
