FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: lobby bow-shaped cross-section seromiotamy is carried till half of thickness of the front wall pyloric constrictor and stomach walls out. With use of a combined intestinal clip closed exeresis of ulcers is carried out in the area of front semicircle pyloric constrictor. Front wall of pyloroduodenal transition is restored by imposing manual continuous two-storied mandrel seam. Thus controllable correction of diameter restored pyloric constrictor is carried out. Front wall of restored gastro-duodenal transition into gleam of bulb of duodenal gut is invaginated isoperistaltically.
EFFECT: simplification of surgical treatment of ulcers of pylorobulbal localisations with decrease of traumatic force and complications.
