FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to pediatric surgery, neonatology and resuscitation of newborns. Abdominal wall is incised in the length of not more than 0.5 cm along a midclavicular line in the right and left lateral mesogastrium areas. One catheter for supply of dialysis solution with constant rate and volume and another catheter for passive outflow of ultrafiltrate are introduced into the formed holes in the caudal direction into the cavity of the small pelvis. Then, the purse-string sutures are tightened on the catheters and the tissues are layer-by-layer closed on them. Dialysis solution is introduced into the abdominal cavity at rate of 8–10 ml/kg/h, wherein the volume of the leakage ultrafiltrate is greater than or equal to the volume of the administered dialysis solution.
EFFECT: method allows excluding increase of intra-abdominal pressure and, as a result, reduction of haemodynamic and respiratory disorders in a premature newborn with ELBW and VLBW.
