SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, in particular, to sterilisation of medical substances insoluble in water. The way is carried out by means of admixture warming of only micronised glucocorticoid and purified water, at temperature in limits between 100°C and 130°C during time, sufficient for admixture sterilisation, in particular, 20 minutes. The method is especially effective and economic for a steam sterilisation of beclomethasone dipropionas in the ready form which is intended for delivery through lungs.
EFFECT: realisation of sterilisation of medicinal particles of beclomethasone in aseptic conditions with less time consumption.
