SUBSTANCE: invention refers to drugs and concerns a nasal composition for treating fungi induced rhinosinusitis in a mammal where said composition contains a water suspension containing: (a) 1-700 mcg of a suspended solid steroidal anti-inflammatory agent. The steroidal anti-inflammatory agent represents fluticasone or its pharmaceutically acceptable salt, an ester, enolnyj a simple aether, an enol aether, an acid or a basis where said steroidal anti-inflammatory agent has a particle size distribution profile specified in the patent claim; (b) an antifungal agent where an amount of the antifungal agent is 0.5 to 150 mg. Said composition is applicable for introducing in a nasal-paranasal mucosa. Also, disclosed are a nasal composition for treating fungi induced rhinosinusitis, containing beclomethasone as the steroidal anti-inflammatory agent, and a method of treating fungi induced rhinosinusitis.
EFFECT: improved bioavailability of fluticasone and beclomethasone due to a certain particle size distribution.
