FIELD: heating; processes.
SUBSTANCE: before snow is fed to snow melting chamber it has been crushed. Snow is mixed with hot water by means of screw conveyers in the snow melting chamber. Hot water is supplied into the snow melting chamber along its total length under the pressure of 3-5 kg/cm2 through nozzles arranged in an upper portion. Water is withdrawn from the snow melting chamber and is filtered from solid domestic waste. Then water is heated in a heat exchanger to 80-90° and pumped under the pressure of 3-5 kg/cm2 at a linear speed of 3-5 m/sec. Out of the heat exchanger hot water is directed to the snow melting chamber.
EFFECT: upgraded efficiency of process due to intensification of heat exchanging.
