Choose ranges of characteristic time scales of an analysed signal during each phase on the basis of instant distribution of wavelet spectrum energy for various phases of behaviour of system. Make a choice in such way that the most part of the energy of wavelet spectrum falls within one of the phases on the chosen characteristic range of time scales. According the total value of energy of wavelet spectrum, falling the chosen range of characteristic time scales during the various moments of time, is allocated with various phases of system behaviour.
EFFECT: reduction of noises impact at allocation of characteristic phases of behaviour of systems according the time data.
