FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: intraoperative ultrasonography of femoral vessels is carried out with the sterile linear detector of 7.5 MHz. Approach to femoral vessels and mini-approach to retroperitoneum space are performed according to the data of intraoperative ultrasonography of vessels. Operative wound is filled with physiological salt solution, detectors of 7.5 MHz are placed on vessels, contact ultrasonic duplex scanning of vessels of abdominal and retroperitoneum spaces is carried out. Affection of vessels is evaluated, blood velocity, prevalence, rate and type of thrombosis flotation are determined. After the main stage of the procedure is finished, control intraoperative contact ultrasonic duplex scanning is carried out once again.

EFFECT: method allows improving the quality of imaging of abnormal intravascular changes and eliminating intraoperative mis-actions and complications in due time.
