SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics, and can be used for reconstruction of ligament apparatus in a slipping patella. Autograft is formed of a semitendinous muscle. Vertical canal is formed in the patella from its lower pole to the upper pole, through the thickness of the bone, through which the autograft is performed. Proximal end of the autograft is fixed to a leading hump of the femoral bone, and the distal end is fixed to a medial condyle of tibia at 1 cm below the shin plateau and 3 cm from the patellar ligament with transosseous sutures.

EFFECT: method provides reliable fixation of the patella, reduces the risk of complications ensured by using the autograft and vertical orientation of the transosseous canal in the patella.
