FIELD: medicine, physiotherapy.
SUBSTANCE: impulse infrared laser radiation is applied with intensity of 5 mW and frequency 8-12 Hz concurrently with: impulse wide-range infrared radiation rated 60 ± 30 mW and wave length 0.86-0.96 nm, impulse beating red radiation rated 40 W, wave length 0.6-0.7 nm, frequency 50 Hz, and constant magnetic field with induction of 35 ± 10 mTl. This is carried out by consequent exposure of reflexogenic para-ocular points V - 2 Zanzhu, Yuyao, TR - 23 Sizhukong, V - 1 Jingming, E - 1 Chengqi, Qiuhou, VB - 1 Tongziliao, 1 minute each daily, the course 20 days. The medicine Encephabol is administered orally by 0.1 g 3 times daily during 1 month since the first day of the treatment.
EFFECT: method improves cerebral and orbital hemodynamics, and retina functional state; provides optical functions stabilisation.
