SUBSTANCE: method provides preliminary fixation of animal. Then plateau electrodes are applied biauricularly, and square pulse current is smoothly supplied at frequency 500 Hz and pulse duration 2.0 ms. Current is supplied smoothly till immobilisation and anaesthesia are provided. Neuromuscular relaxants and neuroleptics are not preliminary introduced to animals.
EFFECT: method allows for various painful manipulations not fixing animals on operating table.
