FIELD: electronic equipment.
SUBSTANCE: electronic magnet spectrometer contains vacuum chamber, energy analyser in the form of circular electric circuits, slot diaphragm and detector of electrons. Electric circuits of energy analyser are arranged with the possibility of creation of magnet field in vacuum chamber, which depends on radius r of electrons orbit in accordance with expression I˜r-α, where I - magnet field intensity, α=0.62-0.76. Besides, slot diaphragm and detector of electrons are arranged with the possibility of displacement in the plane of cross section of energy analyser and fixation in preset position.
EFFECT: simplification of device, reduction of its dimensions and weight, expansion of functional resources.
