FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: device contains a vacuum chamber, which consists of an annular tube with an electron source located in it and an adjacent section of an annular tube with ion sources at its ends. Sources of charged particles are made in the form of coaxially located cylinders with edges in the form of a blade. Outside the vacuum chamber, two systems are symmetrically arranged, creating an alternating magnetic field in the form of electrical circuits connected to a high-frequency alternator, with the possibility of obtaining a focusing alternating magnetic field depending on the ρorbital radius of charged particles in accordance with the expression H~ρ-α, where H is the intensity of the magnetic field with frequency 103-104 Hz. When the intensity of the magnetic field H varies over time, induction electric fields are formed along stationary trajectories with an intensity sufficient for the onset of electron and ion autoemission. When the invention is carried out, the particles accumulate in the electron-ion flow until the saturation state determined by the energy capabilities of the system creating the alternating magnetic field.
EFFECT: increased density and power of the flows due to their combination.
