FIELD: processing technique of food products.
SUBSTANCE: method of production of canned "Cold soup with fish" is cooked by boiling, peeling and chopping on the cutter of chicken eggs, cutting, blanching and chopping on the cutter of onions, parsley root and cucumbers, freezing and chopping on the cutter of green onion and green parts of fennel, chopping on the cutter of pike-perch fillet, blending of the specified components with sour cream, fish liquor, sugar, cooking salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of the biomass of the specified type of micromicet, black pepper and laurel leaf, packing of the obtained blend into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new preserves for space feeding with an increased digestibility in comparison with similar culinary dish.
