FIELD: food production process.
SUBSTANCE: special-purpose canned soup is cooked by boiling, shelling and mincing chicken eggs, cutting, blanching and mincing onions, parsley root and cucumbers, freezing and mincing onions and dill, mincing codfish fillet, mixing the said ingredients with sour cream, fish broth, sugar, salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts of the specified type of myxomycete biomass, black pepper and laurel leaves, packing the obtained mixture into aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: canned space food features increased digestibility.
