SUBSTANCE: method for production of cans "Cool soup with fish" includes boiling, shelling and chopping of hen's eggs by a grinder, cutting, blanching and chopping of onion, parsley's roots and cucumbers by a grinder, freezing and chopping of spring onion and dill by a grinder, chopping of haddock's fillet by a grinder, blending of all ingredients with sour cream, fish-liquor, sugar, salt, citric acid and CO2-extracts from biomass of the certain type of micromycete, spicy black pepper and laurel leaf, hereafter packing of the prepared mixture in aluminium tubes, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: new cans for space feeding has higher digestibility comparing with the similar dish.
