FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: device for measurement of hemodynamic characteristics, in particular, an indicator of augmentation of an aorta (AIx) and / or duration of emission (ED) by means of the non-invasive, occlusive hemodynamometry based on a cuff contains an occlusive, oscillometric automatic measuring instrument of a blood pressure and blocks of definition of size of the hemodynamic parametres, calculations of the amplitude including the arithmetic block, defining index of augmentation (AIx), the detector of separation and storage of signals of oscillatory wave executed with frequency of digitisation, at least, 200 data selections for one warm cycle, the memory block, which permission it is organised, at least, with 9 bits, the block of synthesis executed with possibility of definition of duration of emission (ED). The arithmetic block of calculation of amplitude and the synthesis block are bridged in the general program controller and compiled in the analyser. The variant of performance of the device in addition includes the arithmetic block of calculation of time, executed with possibility of definition of pulse wave velocity (PWV), and the integrator block defines an indicator of systolic area (SAI) and an indicator of diastolic area (DAI). The method of non-invasive measurement of hemodynamic characteristics consists in a stage-by-stage hemodynamometry and conservation of size of a systolic blood pressure (SBP), a diastolic blood pressure (DBP) and a heart rhythm (HR). Then in a cuff establish the pressure exceeding systolic pressure in a range equal systolic blood pressure plus of 35 mm of a mercurial column, spend oscillometric definition of pulse wave pressure in a range over systolic pressure, receiving an oscillatory curve; calculate an indicator of augmentation of an aorta (AIx) from the accepted oscillatory curves on the basis of amplitudes of waves, and calculate size of duration of emission (ED) by means of definition of a point of a minimum after the first reflected wave on an oscillatory curve. In the second version of performance of the method, additionally calculate pulse wave velocity (PWV) from time shift of the basic wave and the first reflected wave with distance use between a thoracal excavation and the pubic bone, measured on the patient, and-or establish pressure in a cuff (11) on already certain diastolic pressure. The accepted curve of a warm cycle part on two parts with a final point of duration of emission (ED) and receive sizes of an indicator of systolic area (SAI) and an indicator of diastolic area (DAI).
EFFECT: invention use allows increasing accuracy and reliability of hemodynamic characteristics.
