FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: perform a computer tomography and dynamic measurement of densitometric indicators of an intermediary zone of regenerate and cortical layer. Carry out determination of an index of osteotylus IO under the formula IO=IR(HU)/KC(HU)×100, where IR - density intermediary regenerate, HU, KC - density of a cortical layer of accumbens bone part, HU. At value IO in a range from 0 to 20 there is no adnation of a tubular bone. At IO value from 21 to 40, estimate insufficient degree of an adnation, at IO from 41 to 60 - sufficient degree of an adnation, at IR from 61 to 100 - complete degree of an adnation.
EFFECT: way allows estimating quantitatively by means of direct research of density of a zone of an intermediary osteotylus degree of its maturity.
