SUBSTANCE: perform magnetic-resonance tomography, measure parametres of anatomic structures and pathological components of a brain. Thus measure didymous parametres on the side of a neoplasm and on an opposite side: forward distance of parenchyma, upper distance of parenchyma, back distance of parenchyma, height of an anterior horn of lateral ventricle, height of a body of lateral ventricle, vertical size of ventricular triangle, width of anterior horn of lateral ventricle, width of a body of lateral ventricle, width of postcornu, length of lateral ventricle, slanting size of lateral ventricle; and also unpaired parametres: distance between anterior horns of lateral ventricles, distance between posterior horns of lateral ventricles, height of the III ventricle, width of the III ventricle, distance between the III and IV ventricles, depth of IV ventricle, depth of the big cistern, height of the big cistern, the bridge cistern, the intercrural cistern, shift of median structures, tumour volume, as product of length, width and tumour heights, divided by 1.91. Perform comparison of the measured indicators with average value of numerical characteristics at neoplasms of a posterior cranial fossa, basing on deviation diagnose tumours of posterior cranial fossa.

EFFECT: way dilates an arsenal of agents for diagnostics of tumours of posterior cranial fossa.
