SUBSTANCE: one should perform computer and magneto-resonance tomography to detect the ratio of tumor to surrounding cerebral structures. Additionally, it is necessary to perform endoscopic trial and test the tumor along the whole perimeter to detect availability of arachnoidal fissures between tumor tissue and ventricular vascular neoplasms, ventricular walls and brain stem. In case of no arachnoidal fissures along the whole perimeter one should diagnose tumoral inoperability.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability of diagnostics.
