FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery and can be applied in surgical treatment of patients who have combined inguinal hernias. Explant with formation of equally wide branches and hole for spermatic cord is brought under spermatic cord and placed on the place of transverse abdominal fascia with branches embracing spermatic cord. Explant is fixed to periosteum of pubic tubercle, to inguinal ligament, leaving free 1.5-2 cm strap, turned backwards and its fixation through the edge along inguinal fold to the remaining part of transverse fascia. Medially explant is sewn to sheath of pyramidal muscle, upper edge is brought under transverse muscle and fixed in preperitoneal space with through sutures through internal oblique and transverse muscles. From the hole level both branches are brought out from preperitoneal space forward and placed on the surface of internal oblique muscle of abdomen, crossed with each other laterally with creation of vertical rotation of deep inguinal ring.
EFFECT: method improves cosmetic result and eliminated discomfort in inguinal area; reduces risk of post-operative neuralgia, spermatic cord edema, orchitis, epididymitis.
