SUBSTANCE: invention can be used at surgical treatment of patients with damages of organs of a neck, in particular of a thyroid gland at parenchymal bleedings and for vessels in diameter less than 1 mm. Carry out hemostasis with 1-3 multiple cryotherapy, apply liquid nitrogen before diffusion of a demarcation zone of freezing of tissues on 1-2 mm from a working part of a tip of the freezing apparatus with 10-20 seconds expositions then stop supply of the refrigerant and make thawing of tissues by means of heating of the tip.
EFFECT: decrease of number of traumatic operations; prevention of hematoma formation; relapses of a bleeding from a thyroid gland tissue; emphysemas; cicatrical stenosis of trachea and cosmetic defects in the field of a postoperative suture.
