SUBSTANCE: invention concerns medicine area, namely plastic and reconstructive surgery. The essence of the invention consists that the tissue is splitted in subcutaneously-fatty layer by stratification, forming plural tunnels. Thus, perforans arterial, venous and lymphatic vessels are found and allocated; septums between the generated tunnels are stratified. Then the mobilised dermo-fatty flap and deeper tissues are separated with slantwise-vertical movements of the instrument jaws round the allocated vessels, serially changing location of the instrument and delution direction. Up to distance achievement between the dermo-fatty flap and subject tissues.

EFFECT: use of the given invention allows to spend extensive mobilisation of tissues with detection and allocation of perforans arterial, venous and lymphatic vessels, thus to lower surgical risk, to raise efficiency of treatment, to reduce operation terms.
