SUBSTANCE: prosthesis contains, at least, three parts including the first plate, named the top plate (1), the second plate named the bottom plate (2), and a kernel (3). The top convex surface of a kernel (3) contacts, at least, to a part (10) of the bottom concave surface of the top plate (1). The bottom surface of a kernel (3) contacts, at least, to the part of the top surface of the bottom plate (2). The top plate (1) is mobile, at least, in relation to the kernel (3). Coordinating agents of the bottom plate (2) and the kernel (3) located not in the middle of a kernel, provide interaction between the bottom plate (2) and the kernel (3) so that in certain limits to limit progress of the kernel (3) in relation to the bottom plate (2) along an axis, basically to a parallel bottom plate (2), and-or in certain limits to limit rotary movements of the kernel (3) in relation to the bottom plate (2) round an axis, on the substance of a perpendicular bottom plate (2).

EFFECT: invention provides restriction of moving of various making parts of prosthesis against each other.
