FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine. Instruments for implantation of cervical intervertebrate prosthesis (1) in accordance with the first version contain two fastening plates (11, 12) and placed between them prosthesis nucleus (10), arm (40), handle (50) and head (60), located on distal from arm (40) end and having dimensions ensuring possibility of its introduction into space created between bodies of adjacent vertebrae and intended for placement prosthesis (1) in it. Head (60) has removing instrument for creation in vertebra bodies hollows in cranial-caudal direction and drive (40, 51, 52) for removing instrument. Removing instrument is installed with possibility of movement between initial position, in which it is immersed in head (60) and operating position, in which it is protruded from head (60) perpendicular to longitudinal axis of handle (50), and contains pairs of cutting blades (71, 72) placed opposite each other, cutting blades (71, 72) having different height in pairs. Instrument for cervical intervertebrate prosthesis (1) implantation in accordance with the second version differs from the first version in the following: removing instrument represents drill (82) or several drills, installed with possibility of movement between initial position, in which it is immersed in head (60) and operating position, in which it is protruded from head (60) perpendicular to longitudinal axis of handle (50). Cervical intervertebrate prosthesis contains lower and upper fastening plates (11, 12) each of which has surface for adjoining to body of adjacent vertebra, and located between fastening plates prosthesis nucleus (10), which creates hinged connection between fastening plates (11, 12). At least one of two surfaces of fastening plates (11, 12) has protrusion (18) in form of rib for coupling with geometrical locking with vertebra body perpendicular to anterior-posterior (AP) direction, protrusion being displaced with respect to centre in posterior direction approximately from 3/5 to 3/4 of total length in AP direction.
EFFECT: invention ensures preservation of good possibility for implantation with increased reliability of cervical intervertebrate prosthesis fixation.
