FIELD: gynecology. SUBSTANCE: retroperitoneal spaces after Wertheim operation are sprinkled with antiseptic and/or antibiotic solutions through drains. Upper ends of drains are placed on iliolumbar muscle. Lower ends of drains are led outward through stump of vagina. Antiseptics and/or antibiotics are introduced into retroperitoneal spaces from two sides through lower ends of drains under pressure. In upper end of drainage pipe, additional hole is broken through sidewise. EFFECT: increased efficiency of prediction.
