Abstract RU 2354318 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopaedics and traumatology and is applied for treating complete and incomplete posterior ring disruption. Under roentgenologic control closed controlled repositioning on side to complete elimination of displacement is performed, with further fixation of posterior ring with cannulated screws, of anterior ring - with lightened version of apparatus for external fixation placed in anterolateral parts.

EFFECT: ensuring accurate fragments repositioning, fragments stabilisation, reduction of apparatus construction volume, reduction of traumaticity, elimination of post-operative complications, shortening of treatment terms.
