FIELD: tools.
SUBSTANCE: cutting tool incorporates holder with at least one tool tip mortise and at least one turn arrester mating the aforesaid mortise and furnished with two flat surfaces, the said arrester being extended from the mortise side wall. The proposed cutting tool comprises also a tool tip fitted in the aforesaid mortise and furnished with a groove not mating the said arrester shape. Note here that the arrester partially enters the said recess to prevent the tool tip turning. The proposed method comprises milling at least one arrester and the holder recess accommodating the said tool tip.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of machining.
