FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the field of construction objects safety provision, namely to methods of protection against drop of snow and ice from ramp roofs in case of temperature differences in winter-spring period. According to the method of protection against snow and ice drop from roof covered with roofing iron that includes application of retaining facilities, such facilities used are detachable L- and/or T-shaped plates with magnet elements that contact to roofing iron. Plates are installed in staggered manner.
EFFECT: lower danger of ice and snow drop from ramp roof.
