FIELD: physics.

SUBSTANCE: vortex-current converter is used in the form of parallel oscillatory circuit. Converter is connected to fixed DC supply. Voltage drop is measured on ohmic resistance of vortex-current converter coil. After that converter is disconnected from current source to form proper damped oscillation. One damped oscillation period is isolated to measure its amplitude and time base position relative to damped oscillation. After that forced extinction of damped oscillation is carry out. Informative parameter is period amplitude change and period time base position change. Coil voltage drop is used for automatic adjustment of output signal multiplication.

EFFECT: higher sensitivity and high-speed; reduction of measurement inaccuracy.
