FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: device (10) for management includes a small easy case (22) which is put on by operator (20) on the wrist, and a personal computer (24). The device contains some optical radiators (32), preferably the light-emitting diodes working in an infra-red range, and some photo-detectors (36). Pairs detect a radiator-receiver x-and y-direction movement or gesture. Movement can be used for reception of the response in the operated device (24). For example corners of the hand of the operator in relation to the wrist can be interpreted for induction of movements of the cursor on the display of a computer. The device also can include movement sensor (40), sensor (42) for conditions of the environment or sensor (43) for voice recognition, and can also be executed with the capability of recognition of gestures and scanning of the images.
EFFECT: maintenance of convenience and accuracy of management of the device.
