FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention is attributed to chemical current sources and concerns battery fluorinated carbon material production which material finds application as cathode material for lithium chemical current sources and as component of lubricants and filler for polymeric materials. According to the invention this is the method for battery fluorcarbon production via heat treatment of original carbon material by gas mixture containing 5-10 vol % of fluorisating gas and 90-95 vol % of inert gas at temperature of 470-520°C at that as original carbon material woven coal-graphite fibre material (CGFM) of unidirectional texture is used, which material has longitudinally oriented matrix threads interlaced with filling threads with pitch of 2-4 filling threads/cm. Mass relation of matrix threads to filling threads of CGFM can be in the range of 0.75-0.9.
EFFECT: product yield increase.
