Method of PUSH-notification processing includes the following stages: location of incompressible fields into PUSH-notification and location of field that specifies type of message and field of internal identifier after compression of these fields into PUSH-notification; determination whether this PUSH-notification may be issued as one short message; if "yes", then issue of PUSH-notification in one short message; otherwise PUSH-notification is issued in two short messages; determination whether vacant bytes are available in this short message; if "yes", then determination whether field of From initiator may be installed in PUSH-notification in accordance with number of vacant bytes in short message, and determination whether field Subject may be compressed and installed in this notification; otherwise completion of PUSH-notification processing flow takes place. The present invention makes it possible to issue PUSH-notifications in not more than two short messages.
