SUBSTANCE: method is specific by sorption while liquid active carotene-containing substance is stirred based on highly porous silicon earth and by additional substance introduction in 5 or 10 minutes while vegetable oil is mixed up at the ratio: liquid active carotene-containing substance : vegetable oil : highly porous silicon earth 3-4:0.5-1.5:4-5.
EFFECT: shelf life of dry powdered product is brought to product commercial value no less than 12 months, reduction of beta-carotene oxidation rate.
