SUBSTANCE: method includes processing of juice in the cans by microwave frequency field at frequency of 2400±50 MHz during 75-80 s up to temperature of 95-96°C. The filled cans are pasteurised in autoclave.
EFFECT: ensures significant saving of heat energy and water consumption.
