FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: one channel is formed in the bone of the acromial process of clavicle, through which a loop of a thread is inserted, placed over the acromial process; loose ends of the treads are tied in a knot, fixing the thread of the loop inside the knot. After that two channels in acromion are made downwards in direction to the articular surface of acromion, so that one of the ends of each of the channels reaches out to the articular region. Then one of the threads is taken through one of the channels, and the other - through the other channel upwards; dislocation is reduced by pulling the threads of the acromial extremity of clavicle, comparing acromial articular surface, and then tiding threads in a knot.
EFFECT: increases reliability of fixation of clavicle.
