FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology, and can be used for treating an acromioclavicular joint injury. An acromial extremity of clavicle is reduced and simultaneously fixed by a crossed subperiosteal suture in 2 punctures. A first puncture enables introducing a cutting suture needle along an anterior border of the acromion. A body of clavicula is penetrated across a joint plane subperiosteally towards an axis of its end, and the needle is delivered behind an injury place above the periosteum. Thereafter, the suture delivered above an articular disk is returned to the acromion. The second parallel suture at 1.5-2 cm from the first one is used to deliver the needle similarly above the clavicular periosteum along the acromion. The suture ends are joined, crossed and strained on the clavicle.
EFFECT: method allows reducing tissue injures.
