SUBSTANCE: invention relates to compounds of formula I or to their salts M-T-YA-NO2, M-T represents residue COX-2 of inhibitor, in which T=-SO2NH-, -SO2NR-, -O-, -N(SO2R)-, where R - alkyl C1-C10; YA=-(B)b0-(C)c0 where b0=0 and c0=1, C represents two-valent radical -TC-Y-. Compounds can be used for treatment and/or prevention of inflammatory processes. Also described are: pharmaceutical compositions based on compounds I and application of compounds for production of medication.
