FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry.
SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of the ready product: glycerol dissolved in 40% vodka in the ratio =1:4, 0.3-0.5 kg; rye dry breads aromatic alcohol, 24.5-25.5 l; wheat dry breads aromatic alcohol, 9.5-10.5 l; 65.8% sugar syrup, 16.5-19.0 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength value 40%. The proposed vodka provides enhancing organoleptic indices of the ready product by increasing the taste score from 9.67 to 9.69. Vodka shows after taste of freshness with barely detected caraway tint that is not observed in over limited values of claimed parameters of components of vodka. Vodka shows mild taste and typical vodka aroma with light aroma of fresh kvass. Except for, the invention expands assortment of vodkas.
EFFECT: improved and valuable properties of vodka.
