Proposed vodka shows enhancing organoleptic indices by conferring the milder taste and specific vodka aroma with barely detected chicory tint based on the total components and their quantitative ratio, and reducing its toxicity by 40% and enhancing stability of vodka in storing based on using water with the natural silver content. The tasting score of vodka is 9.61.
