SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components per 1000 dal of ready product: complex nutrient supplement "Lar-M", 4.3-4.7 kg; taste-aromatic vegetable extract "Relict", "Birch Extract", 0.03-0.7 kg; glucose, 5.8-6.2 kg; fructose, 5.8-6.2 kg; birch buds aromatic alcohol, 2.8-3.2 l, and rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and drinking water with the content of natural silver up to 0.03 mg/dm3, the balance, to provides the strength value 40%. Proposed vodka shows enhancing organoleptic indices by conferring the milder taste and specific vodka aroma with barely detected chicory tint based on the total components and their quantitative ratio, and reducing its toxicity by 40% and enhancing stability of vodka in storing based on using water with the natural silver content. The tasting score of vodka is 9.61.
