FIELD: medicine, microbiology.
SUBSTANCE: invention concerns area of molecular biology and can be used in medicine. Chemically modified antisemantic oligonucleotides (ODN) are obtained, referred on a site 403 mPHK Smad7, differing that in vivo show essentially higher levels of biological (inhibition) activity, than in system in vitro, and thus do not reveal obvious by-effects. It is offered to use new modified forms of ODN to Smad7 as therapeutic agents, in particular at treatment of chronic inflammatory diseases of a digestive tube, such, as the Crone disease and ulcerative colitises.
EFFECT: obtaining of chemically modified antisemantic oligonucleotides (ODN), referred on a site 403 mPHK Smad7, possessing high biological (inhibition) activity, and not revealing obvious by-effects.
