FIELD: road construction industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to devices preventing rail-and-sleeper grid in ballast from lateral shear. There is anchor's support platform in the device meant for improving lateral stability of rail-and-sleeper grid in ballast with wooden sleepers. Anchor's support platform protrudes after the edge of anchor's rectangular wing for the length equal to two lengths of wing, and is bent at an angle of 90 degrees to the side opposite to anchor's wing. A number of holes is provided on the end of support platform's bent section. Distance from support platform's bend to each hole is determined by sleepers' type. Clamp is made in the form of rectangular plate of the length equal to two and a half lengths of anchor's wing. One end of clamp is located from above on wing's ribs which are attached to anchor's support platform, and is welded to them. On the other clamp's end the holes identical to those provided on anchor's support platform are made. Anchor's support platform and clamp, when in operation, are attached to each other with threaded stud on both ends, on which washers and nuts are installed. In device meant for improving lateral stability in rail-and-sleeper grid ballast with reinforced concrete sleepers, anchor's wing is made in the form of rectangular trapezoid. Anchor's support platform is located with wing side sloped at an angle of 12-16 degrees, and protrudes after anchor's wing edge for the length equal to two lengths of small side of anchor's wing, and is bent at an angle of 74-78 degrees in the direction opposite to anchor's wing. There is one hole on the support platform loose end opposite to anchor's wing. Clamp is made so that it repeats the shape of upper part of reinforced concrete sleeper. One end of clamp is located from above on wing's ribs which are attached to anchor's support platform, and is welded to them. On the other clamp end, a hole identical to that provided on anchor's support platform is made. Anchor's support platform and clamp, when in operation, are attached to each other with threaded stud on both ends, on which washers and nuts are installed.

EFFECT: improving the stability of rail-and-sleeper grid in railroad track curves, reducing labour costs of maintenance work, and reducing operating costs.
