FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: melting and casting complex equipped with automation system that contains rotary mixer with drive equipped with loading device, heating device, device for liquid metal teeming from mixer, transport tray and device for metal teeming, equipped with device for casting accessory heating arranged in the form of heat exchanger installed under mixer vault, which has pipelines for air supply and discharge, at that pipeline of air supply is equipped with units of moisture supply and drain and flow rate control, and output part of pipeline for discharge of heated air is arranged as detachable. At the device is fixed in side wall of mixer, and heat exchanger may be arranged in the form of spiral.

EFFECT: heating of casting accessory prior to teeming due to utilisation of mixer excessive heat and reduction of melted waste quantity.
