FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: system (100) consists of an X-ray (110) source (S) and an optical stimulation system (120), put between the X-ray source (110) and sample (130) for collecting X-rays from the source and focusing X-rays in the focal point (I) on the sample for stimulation of fluorescence of one defined component in the sample, X-ray detector (150) and collecting optical system (140), consisting of a two-dimensional incurved diffraction optical system, put between the sample and the X-ray fluorescence detector for collection of X-ray fluorescence from the focal point on the sample and focusing of fluorescent X-ray beams on the X-ray fluorescence detector. Optical system (120) consists of one two-dimensional curved crystal. The radii of curvature of the surface of the two-dimensional crystal in the plane of the focal circle and in the medium plane, perpendicular to the segment SI, are different.
EFFECT: increased sensitivity of measurements and perfection of the system.
