A billing server monitors attempts at direct communication of wireless communication devices by the user with a target group and creates a bill for the user, based on predetermined criteria, such as the number of wireless devices in the target group, with which communication is carried out, use of direct communication services and duration of conversation.
EFFECT: increased accuracy of billing, due to tracking attempts at establishing direct communication and parameters of using the network.
