FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: cans are manufactured by cutting and blanching potatoes and onions, blanching and cutting carrots, cutting and freezing sorrel, bunching onion and dill, cutting mutton. The above components are mixed without oxygen access with table salt, basil and red hot pepper. The obtained mix is packed with bone broth in aluminium tubes, hermetically sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: invention ensures expanding range of technical means and dishes used in manufacturing of new canned food for space feeding which allow increasing its digestibility.
