SUBSTANCE: method comprises cutting and chopping of mutton and horse meat, cutting, parboiling and chopping of onions, mixing of mentioned components with salt and black pepper to prepare forcemeat and thereupon to make meat balls, cutting and parboiling of potatoes, paprika and tomatoes, parboiling and cutting of carrots, boiling of rice and pea till their masses are doubled, freezing of cilantro, mixing of potatoes, paprika, tomatoes, carrots, rice, peas, cilantro, salt and chilly pepper, packing of meat balls, the mixture, bone and meat broth, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: enhanced digestibility.
